Since May of 2006 Mr. Parker has been a licensed commercial agent, associate broker, and broker in the province of Alberta. He has primarily specialized in multi-residential property acquisition, disposition, evaluation, and consulting. Mr. Parker has also been the Broker of Record for two nationally/internationally branded corporations. Mr. Parker has also been involved in several sale transactions with a primary focus in Multifamily sales. However has also completed sales of commercial and industrial properties.

Karen has been licensed in the Real Estate Industry for over twenty years. Her niche being Investment, creating Legacy - she has brokered multi-million dollar transactions within the Hospitality, Multi-family, Industrial, Retail, Development ,Leasing and Office Asset Classes. Her business connections, and ever expanding circle of individual investors, developers, institutional investment houses, private and public capital markets enable her to match Product to Purchaser, Seller to Buyer, and Landlord to Tenant. All Asset classes inherently have their own potential to create Legacy and Wealth. Each Asset class has its own unique challenges, characteristics and excitement that make it very interesting to navigate and reach a successful end goal. Her clients and colleagues are valued, respected, and treated with the utmost regard. Heading up the British Columbia region, Karen will be adding this province to her existing Alberta practice of Real Estate.

Murray Meakin joined the NorthField Real Estate team in January of 2019. Prior to his career in the real estate industry, Murray graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Commerce. With over 35 years of commercial real estate transactions and sales, Murray's experience in real estate has included the sale of office buildings, shopping centres, apartments and development land, as well as extensive involvement in commercial real estate lending. He currently specializes in the sale of investment properties, all the elements necessary for a smooth investment transaction, and excels in consulting his clients on asset management. Murray continually strives to build client relationships in order to best advise his clients on future or current investment opportunities, and to create the best possible solution for all parties involved regardless of the market cycle.
